Is a Septic Tank Included with My Land?
We’ve made it a priority to provide all of our residential lots with a septic tank and water meter. Commercial lots and properties less than 10 acres in size will also include septic tanks and a water meter.
Will My Land Have Utilities?
At Santa Cruz Properties, we do our best to ensure that our customers have a smooth transition into owning land. For this reason, all residential lots will have all utilities installed. The customer is only responsible for the cost of opening an account and deposits (if any).
